Your data is used strictly to curate vendor lists, process your bookings securely, send necessary operational communications (like SMS/email OTPs and booking confirmations), and provide ongoing customer support.

We will share your name, event date, and specific event requirements with the vendors you explicitly select so they can properly prepare for and provide their services.

Extraneous personal details can be deleted upon request after the event.

Customers maintain the right to request a copy of their personal data held by EventsWalah, ask for corrections to inaccurate data, or request the complete deletion of their account and associated data (subject to legal retention requirements).
